Submission Instruction
1. Manuscript Requirements
(1) Manuscript must be innovative, academic, scientific, accurate, standardized, and readable. The arguments should be clear, the writing concise, and the data reliable. Each paper (including figures and tables) should generally not exceed 6,000 Chinese characters. Manuscripts must include the following components in order: title, author names, affiliations with postal codes, Chinese abstract (with clear objective, methods, results, and conclusions, no less than 300 characters), keywords (8 words), Chinese Library Classification (CLC) Number, document type code, at least 20 references, English information (title, author names, affiliations, abstract, and keywords), funding project, and the main text.The lower left corner of the first page will indicate the dates of submission and revision.
For manuscripts written in English (authors are generally required to have at least three years of overseas education experience), a Chinese abstract, keywords, and CLC number must be provided before the main body text. If the manuscript is supported by any project, please specify the type of funding and the grant number in the footer of the first page. Approval number must be provided for all listed funding sources, and the date of submission must also be indicated. At the end of the manuscript, please include the following information for the first author and corresponding author: full name, gender, year of birth, professional title, degree, main research interests, and contact email.
(2) English abstract should correspond to Chinese abstract. It must be written in the third-person passive voice and conform to standard English grammar.
(3) Quantities and unit symbols must comply with national standards. In the text, foreign letters and symbols must be clearly distinguished in terms of case (uppercase or lowercase), style (normal or italic), and weight (bold or regular). Superscripts and subscripts for letters, numbers, and symbols should be clearly differentiated in position. Easily confusable foreign letters or symbols should be marked upon their first occurrence.
(4) Figures and tables should be used sparingly (generally no more than six in total). All figure and table headings must be in bold. Figures should not be oversized—the width should not exceed 8.5 cm for single-column layout or 16 cm for the whole page. Please use computer software such as Word or Visio to create the illustrations (vector graphics or high-resolution raster images). The text and symbols in figures must be consistent with those used in the main text, with both Chinese and English fonts set in No 5.
(5) Only the most essential and up-to-date references should be cited (at least 20 references; books and journal articles published within the latest 5 years). Unpublished materials should generally not be cited. References should be numbered in the order in which they appear in the text.
For monographs, references should follow the format below (including punctuation):
[Number] Author (both Chinese and foreign names should be written with the surname first, given names may be abbreviated; list all authors if there are three or fewer; if more than three, list the first three followed by “et al.”). Title of the book [M]. Place of publication: Publisher, Year of publication.
For journal articles, references should follow the format below (including punctuation):
[Number] Author. Title of the article [J]. Name of the journal (abbreviated if in a foreign language), Year, Volume(Issue): Page range.
For a paper extracted from a collection of conference proceedings, use the following format (including punctuation):
[Number] Author. Title of the paper [A]. Editors of the collection. Title of the collection [C]. Place of publication: Publisher, Year: Page range.
For a dissertation, use the following format (including punctuation):
[Number] Author. Title [D]. Place of publication: Publisher, Year.
For a newspaper article, use the following format (including punctuation):
[Number] Author. Title [N]. Name of the newspaper, Year-Month-Day (Edition).
For a national standard, use the following format (including punctuation):
[Number] Standard number, Standard title [S]. Place of publication: Publisher, Year of issue.
For a patent, use the following format (including punctuation):
[Number] Patent holder. Title of the patent [P]. Country: Patent number, Date of publication.
For online or electronic documents, use the following format (including punctuation):
[Number] Author. Title of the electronic document [Document type and medium identifier EB/OL]. [Date of publication or update / Date of citation (optional)]. Source or available URL.
2. Special Provisions
The editorial office has the right to make technical and editorial modifications to submitted manuscripts. All submissions will not be returned. Acceptance notifications will be sent to authors via email.
To support academic informatization and to broaden channels for communication, the full text articles have been included in major databases such as China Academic Journals (CD Edition), Chinese Scientific and Technical Journals Database, Wanfang Data Science and Technology Journal Collection, China Journal Net, and CQVIP Digital Journal Collection. If authors do not agree to publishing through any of these media, please make a statement on the first page of the manuscript. The journal will make appropriate arrangements accordingly.
3. Notes
(1) This journal adopts a strict three-round peer review process. Authors are advised to keep a copy of the manuscript for their records. If no acceptance notice is received within three months, the manuscript may be submitted elsewhere.
(2) Authors must strictly comply with national regulations concerning confidentiality, copyright, patents, territorial boundaries, and related matters.
(3) Project: Project numbers (funding projects must be accompanied by approval documents), patent projects, funding projects, and award projects should be clearly indicated in the manuscript.
(4) This journal screens all submissions for plagiarism using the software developed by CNKI. Manuscripts involved in plagiarism or multiple submissions shall be rejected.
(5) For accepted manuscripts, a publishing fee shall be payable. The charging standard is: Around RMB 8000 per article.
4. Authors are required to strictly follow the formatting standards for the English abstract and references as outlined below:
(1) The English title must be concise and accurate, with the first letter of each content word capitalized.
(2) For author names in Pinyin: the surnames should come first and be written in all capital letters; the given names follow, with the initial letters capitalized.
(3) The authors’ affiliation information must be standardized and consistently formatted.
(4) The English abstract should closely correspond to the Chinese abstract, clearly conveying the key information of the original article and ensuring the inclusion of the four parts: objective, methods, results, and conclusion. It must not include formulas, figures, tables, or references. The first sentence must not duplicate the article title.
(5) The following guidelines must be followed for English references:
① For both Chinese and foreign authors, the surnames should come first in all capital letters, followed by the given names with only the initial letters capitalized;
② For authors from Western countries, given names may be abbreviated as initials without dots;
③ For Chinese names written in Pinyin, given names must not be abbreviated;
④ For references with more than three authors, use et al. in non-italic font after listing the first three authors;
⑤ In titles and book names before the document type code, only the first word and proper nouns should be capitalized. For journal names, places of publication, and publishers after the type code, the first letter of each word should be capitalized;
⑥ Use Anon if the author is unknown, [s.n.] if the publisher is unknown, and [S.l.] if the place of publication is unknown.
(6) The document type code for English references should follow the format below:
① Monographs: Author. Title [M]. Edition (do not indicate the first edition). Place of publication: Publisher, Year.
② Journal articles: Author. Title [J]. Journal Name. Year, Volume(Issue): Page range.
③ Papers from conference proceedings: Author. Title [C] // Name of the conference. Place of publication: Publisher, Year: Page range.
④Dissertations: Author. Title [D]. Place of publication: Publisher, Year.
⑤ Standards: Standard number. Title [S]. Place of publication: Publisher, Year of issue.
⑥ Patents: Patent holder. Title of patent: Country, Patent number [P]. Date of publication (YYYY-MM-DD).
⑦ Electronic documents: Author. Title [EB/OL]. Date of citation (YYYY-MM-DD). URL.

To ensure the scheduled publication date, the author must remit the publication fee within half a month after receiving the acceptance notice. The payment notice is valid for three months; after this period, the manuscript will be considered withdrawn.
