Preparation of Voltage Sensitive Capacity Element with Double Functions
HAO Yun-fang1,Cao Quan-xi2(1.School of Electronic Information Engineering,Peihua University,Xi'an 710065,China; 2.School of Technical Physics,Xidian University,Xi'an 710071,China)The roles and effects of oxygen vacancy in perovskite oxide functional materials were researched.The SrTiO3 specimens with different additive were prepared.The n-type semiconductive component with double functions,capacitor and varistor were sintered in reducing atmosphere,and the p-type oxygen sensors were prepared in normal atmosphere.The electronic performance parameters,as breakdown voltage V1mA,were measured for varistor.It was measured for p-type oxygen sensors,dependence of resistance on temperature,and the desorbed oxygen on the specimens by means of TPD.Some research results are shown as follows.The oxygen vacancy is important condition for additions diffusion in perovskite crystal,so the oxygen vacancy must be controlled in order to prepare perovskite semiconduction oxide functional ceramic components.It is n-type semiconductor if oxygen vacancies are the result from reducing at atmosphere sinter.It is clear also that the partial substitution of acceptor addition brings about a p-type semiconductor and an increase in oxygen vacancies,resulting in an increase in oxygen exchange simultaneously between specimen and ambient.Therefore,it is possible to obtain SrTiO3 component exhibiting high oxygen sensitivity.
Design and Implementation of a Real-time Data Acquisition Based on USB 2.0
JIANG Zhizhong,FENG Yuguang(Naval Aeronautical Engineering Academy,Yantai,264001,China)The paper introduces design and implementation of a real-time data acquisition system based on USB 2.0 according to problems that realtime data acquisition systems are facing and excellent advantages of USB.The elaborated frame circuit is given based on the requirement of the designed system.The A/D and USB communicative interface chips based on requirement are selected and the EZUSB FX2 chip is explained summarily.In the design we encircle EZUSB FX2 chip to develop the software system including firmware program,device drive program and application software.The flow chart and main codes are given in the firmware program design.We also give a prospect to the future development of the data acquisition system.
